Kari Solomon brings with her over seven years experience counseling and advising diverse populations. Her background as a college and university career counselor developed her expertise with both those starting their careers and those in career transition. Additionally, Ms. Solomon is a subject matter expert in coaching international job-seekers on American business culture and the job search process here in the U.S. She has assisted clients targeting a variety of employment sectors, including: Business, government, education, healthcare, the arts and entertainment. Her professional network is just as varied.

Ms. Solomon earned her M.Ed. from Kent State University in Administration and Personnel, a program of study that synthesized counseling and business courses. Additionally, she holds a B.A. in Communication Arts from the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Ms. Solomon has given presentations and workshops on resume writing, job search strategies, networking and portfolio development. Additionally, she has presented career programs at national conferences for the Cooperative Education and Internship Association (CEIA) and the American College Personnel Association (ACPA).
